This is the 6th International Conference on Adult Education which started its series in the year 2002 with the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University of Iasi in Romania and Professor Laurentiu Soitu in the lead. Thems covered were lose to adult education and legislation, the role of universities, human rights, and values. This year it will be peace, and the Moldova State University with Professor Vladimir Gutu in the lead of a wider consortium of universities and partners like the International Adult and Continuing Education Hall of Fame and DVV International.
