Summary biography: 

My current role is as Partnership Development Manager within the Solent Partnerships Team at Southampton Solent University. I joined the University in January 2010. Prior to that, I worked at another university as the Widening Participation Team Leader where I managed staff in developing and delivering aspiration-raising projects with schools and colleges to support progression and increase recruitment.

I have worked with over 100 schools, colleges, training providers and other education partners across Hampshire, Berkshire and West London. I am also expanding the portfolio of businesses that I have worked with including Amazon UK, B&Q, IKEA and SEGRO.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my young family as well as dabbling in web design, digital photography and keeping my music collection up to date!
