The EU is the global leader in development policy and aid, and was an active contributor throughout the process of the development of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In June 2016 the EU released Shared Vision, Common Action: A Stronger Europe, the EU’s Global Strategy for its Foreign and Security Policy. It aims for global prosperity and speaks about building resilient societies which require fulfilling the SDGs worldwide.
We are looking for three PhD students to join the GCRF Centre for Sustainable, Healthy and Learning Cities and Neighbourhoods (SHLC) at University of Glasgow. The host of the conference is The Hague University of Applied Sciences and the conference theme is Qualitative Accountability to Achieve Access, Success and Inclusion in Higher Education.
EU-Speak is an eight-year national project (2010-2018) that has worked to make a difference in the educational outcomes for migrants with little or no education. The partners have reached nearly 1000 international LESLLA teachers over the last three-years with our free online modules.
