At the University of Geneva we are looking to dialogue with researchers who are working in the field of Needs Analysis and/or Design in the process of developing University Continuing Education programmes.

We are focusing on the very first step of constructing a new programme. We are concerned with the analysis of demand that is necessary before starting to build a new programme to make sure it fits and answers the needs of professionals and society.
