Due to requests from colleagues, we are pleased to announce that we have extended our deadline for the Call for Papers to Friday 8th December for our 5th Open University Widening Participation Conference ‘Is Widening Participation to HE enough?’ taking place on 26th & 27th April 2018 in Milton Keynes. We are very interested in receiving academic or innovation practice papers as well as posters based on the following themes:-
- Digital inclusion
- Progression - the social mobility conundrum and access to postgraduate studies
- Skills gaps
- Widening participation through informal learning and the recognition of prior learning
- Ethical dilemmas of targeting widening participation students – policy and practice
Please note the new deadline of 8th December 2017 for receipt of your submissions.
