Generations Working Together (GWT) is the national organisation supporting and leading the development of intergenerational work across Scotland. Our vision is for a society that values people of all ages and the contribution they can make to their communities and each other.

We are a small, agile and highly ambitious organisation that recently became an independent charity and we are seeking passionate individuals with a background in the third or private sector who share our aims to make a real change to people’s lives by bringing the generations together.
