Nic's 4-minute video is entitled, 'How can we promote learning for all?' and introduces a ‘principles of practice’ interactive guide for academics and practitioners, outlining the methods and mechanisms available to enhance marginalised learners’ engagement in adult learning. By identifying and communicating the barriers and enablers to adult education, she argues that we can promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. The pledge of support can be offered as mentoring, knowledge sharing, and international connection.
