To support the growth of its global reputation for world-changing research, the University of Glasgow’s College of Social Sciences is investing in the recruitment of outstanding early career researchers to five Research Fellowships to support the work of our Interdisciplinary Research Themes.

You will develop your research career, work with leading scholars and extend your networks while supporting grant application development and preparing an application for external funding for a Research Fellowship.

Five Fellowships are available in:

• Addressing Inequalities
• Challenges in Changing Cities
• Digital Society and Economy
• Justice, Insecurity and Fair Decision Making
• Sustainability

You will make a leading contribution to the development of research proposals within one of the Interdisciplinary Research Themes. The successful candidate will also lead and contribute to the formulation and submission of research publications and knowledge exchange and impact activities as opportunities allow. You will also  be offered support for an external Fellowship application to be held within the Interdisciplinary Research Theme to be taken up when this post is complete.

There are 5 full time positions available with funding for up to 2 years.
