I am pleased to be able to report that the Journal of Adult and Continuing Education (JACE), which I edit, has been accepted for Scopus inclusion. Scopus is Elsevier’s abstracting & indexing database, and is of growing significance. Scopus was the sole bibliometric provider for the 2014 Research Excellence Framework (REF) in the UK.
On consideration of JACE, Scopus said ‘The Editor is to be commended for the development of the journal to date, including the above average citations in this field in the Scopus database.’
JACE is now being published by SAGE, who have congratulated the journal on 'this great development and acknowledgement of your work'.
Subscribers to the CR&DALL site are invited to submit their material through our new online system, details of which are found at this link.
