This month, we explored how diversity in city-making should be reflective of the communities that we serve. Find out how to empower women in the transportation sector with Mobility XX and join Dr. Paty Rios to envision the future of gender inclusive cities.

 FOCUS ON

A Pledge For Women In Mobility

Gender bias plays out in city-making all around us. In transportation, women face a wide range of inequalities owing to the fact that spaces were not designed with them in mind. How can we increase the number of women in decision-making roles so that systems reflect the travel needs and patterns of women?

We invited Michelle Batsas to lead a conversation with Mobility XX Co-founder Laura Chace about increasing the number of women in the industry by 10% over next 10 years.
