***ONLINE EVENT***
Result-Based Accountability™ (RBA™) is a powerful planning, monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement framework that can be used to produce measurable results for communities and community programs.
It is a disciplined way of thinking and taking action that communities and agencies can use to improve the performance of their programs. RBA™ can be adapted to fit the unique needs and circumstances of different communities and programs. Following recent trials in some Australian states, the program is now being rolled out more widely.
RBA™ is useful for ACE providers, government agencies and others interested in measuring the difference their programs and services have made to the people who participate in them.
This introductory session will cover the key principles of RBA™, introduce an RBA™ planning template and give some insight into how you can start to review and improve your own programs and services.
