The Leibniz Centre for Lifelong Learning (DIE) is considering to apply for a research fellowship within the "Leibniz-DAAD Research Fellowship Programme 2015". The research fellowship is meant for researchers from abroad and will last for one year.

In case of approval the research fellowship will support researchers who:

• reached their PhD no longer than 2 years ago,
• do not have the German nationality,
• have not been more than 6 months in Germany before,
• envisage a scientific career,
• conduct excellent empirical research, preferably a comparative study, within a thematic field of strategic relevance for the DIE (e.g. governance, leadership and management, programme planning, teaching and learning in adult education).

The researcher will be granted an amount of 2000 Euros a month plus 111 Euros a month for assurances and a subsidy grant of 460 Euros in total for research. Latest date of starting the research in Germany will be 1st January 2016.
