Please find details featured and attached below of a ROC (Robert Owen Centre) seminar taking place on Tuesday 23rd January at 12.00 in the St Andrews Building, 11 Eldon St, Glasgow G3 6NH, Room 575.

This informal seminar will provide an overview of recent work on education at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and provide opportunities to quiz a veteran education policy analyst, who was a lead author of “Improving Schools in Scotland: An OECD Perspective”.

It will be presented by David Istance is a former senior analyst in the OECD’s Education and Skills Directorate, a visiting professor in the School of Education at the University of Strathclyde and a Non-resident Senior Fellow, Brookings Institute, Washington DC.
