Finland is one of the most successful countries in the world in the field of public management of services, including in Education. The speakers at this seminar who are very experienced in advising national government will concentrate on how catalytic debate uncovers problems in the making of conclusions and recommendations that inform policy, with a focus on catalytic dialogue: forging of solutions beyond original issues and conflicts.
