Margaret Sutherland and Niamh Stack awarded Erasmus+ grant

Dr Margaret Sutherland, School of Education and Dr Niamh Stack, School of Psychology have been awarded a collaborative grant from Erasmus+ emerging from their work in the Scottish Network for Able Pupils.

The project is led by Dublin City University and in addition to the partnership with the University of Glasgow includes other key institutions across Europe including the University of Erlangen-Nuremburg, University of Munster and the University of Ljubljana. 

The Universities will work alongside partners fromThe National Student Academy in Lithuania, the Centre for Talented Youth in Greece at Anatolia College, the Italian Association for Gifted and Talented Students and the Association of Hungarian Talent Support Organisations. 

The project will synthesis educational practice and research in relation to the education of highly able pupils which has been developed by the participating institutions and centres across Europe, providing an Open Educational Resource (OER) online to support teachers across Europe.
