New Special Issue of the PIMA Bulletin on CONFINTEA VII Follow-up

The World Conferences on Adult Education are convened by UNESCO every 12 years ever since 1949. The most recent was in 2022 in Morocco and concluded with the Marrakech Framework for Action (MFA).

Shortly after the Conference, PIMA published an overview of experiences from the country, regional and global levels; please look at https://www.pimanetwork.com/post/bulletin-special-issue-confintea-vii.

Now, almost two years after a new Special Issue on CONFINTEA VII Follow-up, actually the 50th PIMA Bulletin, looks at concrete examples on how partners were involved, including from Europe, Africa and the US. Interesting topics touch on citizenship education and peace; education for sustainable development - formal and informal; country experiences from Japan, Germany, Sweden, and Ukraine. Authors represent a good mixture of generation, gender and geography.
