It was part of the DVV International Regional Project for Eastern Neighbours and jointly organized with the European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA). Two keynotes followed: Professor Michael Osborne, Director of CR&DALL spoke on "The Leadership Role of Local Authorities in delivering of SDG", and Professor Heribert Hinzen continued with a presentation on  "Cooperation between Local Authorities and Adult Education Centres: Policies and Practices, Examples and Experiences".
