15 years after the World Education Forum in Dakar, Senegal the education community is meeting to take stock and look at achievements and failures of what has happened on EFA (Education for All) during this period. A huge amount of reports and studies on global, regional and national have been made available, especially from UNESCO.

At the same time it is the opportunity to look into the future, at least the next 15 years. Goals, targets, and indicators have 2030 as the new timeline. Here as overarching goal it has proposed: “Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all”.

Around 1500 participants are expected from Government, Multilateral and Intergovernmental Organizations, National and International NGOs, Universities, and many other stakeholders.
