CR&DALL is delighted to be working with Ewan Gurr, Scotland Development Officer for The Trussell Trust at the upcoming EcCoWell conference on 5 December.  The Trussell Trusts works to empower local communities to combat poverty and exclusion in the UK and recently they have been instrumental in setting up food banks. Food banks are now The Trussell Trust's biggest project.

The workshop session will explore the underlying trends in the use of food banks and consider how we might challenge the root cause of the problem and not simply treat the symptoms through the establishing of food banks.
